  • How do I know if you've received my order?
    You will know when your order has been received by us because you will receive a confirmation email with an order reference number, after your purchase has been made. This will then reflect on our system.
  • How do I track my order?
    Your order can be tracked via your confirmation email once your item/s has/have been dispatched. This will include your tracking number, with a link showing what stage your item/s is/are at. If you haven't received a confirmation email regarding your shipping within 24 hours of purchase, please contact us on the "Contact Us" page of the website, or on our customer service number via WhatsApp Business on 07799433234, and we will look into this for you.
  • Where do I find my order number?
    Order numbers can be found on the invoice on the confirmation email that is sent to you after purchase.
  • In order to make a purchase, do I need to set up an account?
    No, you can choose to make an account with DETERMINED, or sign out as a guest.
  • What sizes do your t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies and joggers range from?
    All of our garments, bags and caps are unisex. Please find a chart with the garment sizes below, with the dimensions for each item of clothing that we have in stock. For any sizes outside of these ranges, please contact us on the "Contact Us" page via the website or via our WhatsApp customer service number on 07799433234, and we will be more than happy to assist you. Let us know what garment/s you would like and in what colour/s and size/s, and we will place your order for you.
